We do not accept returns.
Because all our items are sold after a customer's visit to us and approval — and because each order involves a written contract and agreed-upon specifications — returns and refunds are not applicable.
1. No Return Policy

Products are checked and approved by the customer before placing the order.

Custom-made designs are produced specifically for the customer and cannot be returned.

Once the down payment is made and production begins, cancellations or refunds are not permitted.
2. Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled after signing the temporary contract and paying the down payment, as production or preparation begins immediately.
3. Warranty Instead of Return
Although returns are not accepted, we provide:

1-year warranty, covering manufacturing defects.

1-year free after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
