LIMOS LLC specializes in silent booths, furniture items, and customized interior solutions. All purchases, pre-orders, and custom orders made through our website or showroom are governed by these Terms.

2. Product Inspection & Pre-Order Process

We follow a transparent process to ensure customer satisfaction:

  • Customers may visit us or our representative may visit customer's place before placing an order.

  • Orders require a temporary contract, signed by both parties.

  • A 30%–50% down payment is required to confirm the order.

  • The remaining balance is due upon delivery.

3. Order Confirmation Timeline

  • Standard items: Delivered within 30 days after invoice and contract signing.

  • Customized designs: Delivered within 35 days after design approval.

4. Payments

We accept online payments, cash payments, and bank transfers.
All prices are in AED and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

5. Warranty & After-Sales Service

LIMOS LLC provides:

  • 1-year warranty, covering manufacturing defects.

  • 1 year of after-sales service, including basic support and maintenance.

Damage caused by misuse, alterations, or improper handling is not covered.

6. Limitation of Liability

LIMOS LLC is not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as supply chain issues, natural events, or vendor delays.
We are not liable for damages resulting from misuse or unauthorized modifications of the product.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes will be handled according to UAE regulations.
